- When you purchase space for your logo/image you do not 'own' any part of whosupportseco.com, but rather you are granted the right to submit a logo/image and link which will then be published on whosupportseco.com in the respective space you have paid for.
- You cannot change the image or link once they have been submitted, so you must be sure of the image/logo and link you want on the website, which will be there for the existence of the site. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your image/logo/link, e.g. Your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc.
- Once your image and link has been accepted and published on whosupportseco.com, refunds are not accountable.
- We aim to have the site online for at least 10 years (starting from the day it launched), but possibly even longer (that's the aim) as we want it to be a part of internet history.
- No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted; we check and decide what is appropriate for whosupportseco.com. If you submit an image/logo or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded.
- If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
- If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the website, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publically available again.
- Your image/logo will either be scaled on our behalf to fit the picture scale if you want us to do it or will be cropped and edited yourself to your desired proportion.
- Images/logos must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size.
- Images/logos must NOT be animated.
- Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
- You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit
- Funds must be fully received and cleared before your image/logo goes live on whosupportseco.com
- There might be occasional downtime for the site as with all websites but only very rarely.
- Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (e.g. via PayPal or bank account), We aim to get your logos/images online within 24-48hrs (but please have patience as we may have a high volume of support)
